SHIPPING
To all our international customers outside EU:
21% Vat/ tax is already deducted on the product.
However you will have to pay taxes and duties when entering your country. Customs duties and taxes will be charged on delivery of shipments by respective customs authorities. Please track your parcel using courier apps or tracking number on your shipping confirmation. Please check your spam folders in case customs invoices end up there. Please be aware that if you refuse your parcel or storage limit expires in customs without payment it will be sent back to us. You will still be charged shipping and handling costs from the courier.
The customs duties and taxes will vary throughout, we are unable to predict what these charges will be.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
Orders are usually processed within 5 working days of receiving your order. In order to prevent overproduction, most of our website garments will be produced on demand in our studio in Barcelona, Spain: they will be individually cut and sewn once your order is placed. Please allow 2 weeks for production, until the item is delivered directly to you.
International orders will be shipped via international couriers. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. A signature is required. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Gabriela Coll Garments is not responsible for payment of this duty.
Shipping is non-refundable and paid by the customer.
We ship worldwide. Delivery of orders is via courier. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or product availability.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES:
Spain: free shipping (2 - 4 business days)
All other EU Countries: 20 eur (5 - 7 business days)
UK: 30 eur (5-7 business days)
Rest of the World: 50 eur ( 5-7 business days)
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
In order to prevent overproduction, most of our website garments will be produced on demand in our studio in Barcelona, Spain: they will be individually cut and sewn once your order is placed. We suggest you enquire first prior to committing to any decision. All garments are therefore excluded from unjustified returns. Returns can only be accepted if an item is faulty or damaged during shipping. If the item you received is faulty or damaged from transportation upon reception, please contact the us at shop@gabrielacoll.com
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Gabriela coll garments is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
